Send the receiving warehouse address in Chinese, recipient, contact number, warehouse reference, opening hours and carton-mark requirements. We can arrange delivery to the nominated warehouse. Domestic delivery costs and responsibility for export and destination handling are agreed before dispatch.

Need international shipping assistance?

Share your country, city, postal code, selected products and quantities. Once the packing details are known, we can help request suitable air or sea options. Door-to-door availability and exactly what is included must be confirmed for your route.

How shipping is quoted

Shipping is quoted based on destination, weight and volume. Carton dimensions matter for lightweight babywear. Ask whether pickup, export handling, destination fees, import taxes and final delivery are included. Confirm quotation validity and who handles each part of the shipment.

Dispatch and transit are different

Ready-stock dispatch is generally within 5 days, subject to quantity and stock. This describes dispatch from China, not arrival at your shop. International transit and clearance are additional.
